Our Story
BotMakers was founded with a single insight: insurance agencies have incredible data in systems like Smart Office — the industry-leading back-office platform for thousands of agencies. We saw an opportunity to add an AI intelligence layer on top of that powerful foundation.
We saw carriers investing billions in AI and knew the distribution side — the agents, MGAs, IMOs, and FMOs who actually sell and service policies — deserved the same caliber of intelligence tools. We chose to build on Smart Office first because it's the best system in the space, with the richest data to enhance.
We built SmartViewz to deliver that. Our team combines deep expertise in both insurance distribution and modern AI engineering. We understand hierarchies, contracting, persistency, production scoring, and compliance — because we've lived it. And we understand how to build AI systems that are fast, secure, and actually useful — because that's what we do every day.
