We copy your data into a fast, dedicated database and sync it automatically (hourly by default), and Sync Now refreshes on demand. Your Smart Office workflow stays exactly the same.
Yes. SmartViewz is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Vercel and Supabase). Database-level security rules keep each agency's data separate, and each user only sees their own book and their downline. Two-step verification is available to every user, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.
You keep full access through the end of your billing period. Export anything you need as CSV before then. After you cancel, we delete your data when you ask us to.
